Bordon is a Principal based in New York focused on sourcing and executing buyout, leveraged recapitalization and growth equity investments in the U.S. Bordon has 11 years of private equity investing and investment banking experience.
Prior to Quilvest, Bordon was a Principal at Vision Capital, a middle market private equity firm focused on secondary buyout and fund restructuring transactions. While at Vision Capital, Bordon was involved in the sourcing and diligence of new investment opportunities and served on the board of 2 portfolio companies. Previously, Bordon was at Pegasus Capital Advisors, a middle market private equity firm with approximately $1.8 billion in assets. He played various roles in the execution, management, and exit of 13 investments and served on the board in various capacities of 6 portfolio companies. Prior to joining Pegasus, Bordon spent two years in investment banking, working in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wachovia Securities and the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Bordon received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University Of Pennsylvania and a BS from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He currently lives in New York City with his wife and son.
