Bertrand Hayek

Bertrand is an Associate in the Paris Office.

He currently advises top-tier families across the globe on various topics such as investment and family strategy, corporate and family governance. Bertrand was as a legal counsel at Quilvest Private Equity in Luxembourg and in Paris.

Prior to joining Quilvest Private Equity, Bertrand was a corporate finance intern at Albioma, a French independent renewable energy producer, during which he was involved in financing transactions.

Bertrand worked as an intern in a Paris law firm with a focus on international arbitration and business law.

Bertrand holds a MSc in Law & Finance from ESCP Europe as well as a Master’s Degree in Common Law and Business Law from the University of Paris V.
