Bernard is the General Counsel of Quilvest Private Equity since 2013.
He works from the Paris office in coordination with the investment teams.
Before joining Quilvest, Bernard worked as a qualified lawyer (Avocat à la Cour) with the Luxembourg law firm Elvinger, Hoss & Prussen, and prior to that he was a legal counsel with a private bank (Banque de Luxembourg) in Luxembourg and an investment bank (Crédit Agricole Corporate Investment Bank) in Frankfurt am Main.
He holds a Master’s in Law and a D.E.A. from the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II.
